Weave Hand Tufted
Our rugs are all made to order; therefore, as soon as you place your order, we will send the request to our production line. Hence, it will take between 6 and 8 weeks to deliver the rug.
Delivery charges are calculated by volumetric weight, and will be displayed and added to the total quote on the email Red Rugs will send you with the total cost and link to the PayPal website.
Time of delivery is not of the essence in this Agreement. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss of profits or other financial loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable delay or delay due to unforeseen circumstances outside of the reasonable control of Red Rugs or delay due to any reasonable rescheduling of delivery.
Title and Risk
We retain ownership of any products ordered until we have received full payment for such products.
If you are not entirely pleased with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We only ask that you contact us to arrange shipping and ensure the goods are returned as new in the original packaging for a full refund or exchange. Red Rugs will cover the cost of shipping within Portugal, but charges may be incurred for shipping outside Portugal. Items can be returned outside this 14 day period if they are found to be faulty but please take extra care to read our care and cleaning guide or any specific care instructions provided with your purchase. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse. We may require evidence – e.g. photographs of the rug to validate that a product is faulty.
If you wish to return an item for any reason, you must contact us first on email@example.com to obtain a returns authorisation. Once authorised, we will then arrange for a carrier to collect the item(s) from you. If your return is not covered by the terms above, then we may require payment to cover the cost of shipping.
